About the event
Chris O'Brien, the Beverage Director of Le Virtu, is coming back for another Carl & Friend Wine Dinner, and he is bringing something extra special. Chris has gotten his hands on three magnums of Luigi Giordano Barbaresco from 2017, 2018, and 2019, and we will be serving a menu that is designed around these beautiful wines (with a chance to taste them all side by side too).
Luigi Giordano transformed his father's winery to independent production before the Barbaresco appelation even existed, bottling the first wine under his own label in 1958. They have access to some of Barbaresco's most prestigious crus, including the Asili cru from we will be tasting at this dinner, considered to be the most sought-after vineyard of Barbaresco.
We will be serving a welcome cocktail (and three small bites) during the social hour, followed by three glasses of Barbaresco (paired with three savory courses)…

Wine Dinner Party Ticket
Your ticket includes seven dishes, a welcome cocktail, three glasses of Barbaresco, an after-dinner drink, and three to four hours of fun! The ticket price is non-refundable, but you can transfer your ticket to another person.
